The passion for cooking started in the historic Patti bakery in Biella. There, Alec, the owner of Patty Hamburgeria in Vercelli, learned the art of baking from his family tradition. Nowadays, Patty Hamburgeria is a young establishment that preserves the passion for genuine food prepared without haste.
